These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and IncentiveTrips, a property of Woodring Ventures (“IncentiveTrips,” “we,” “us”), governing your access to incentivetrips.com and its subdomains, content, Indexes, tools, accounts, and advertising services (the “Services”).
1. Who may use the Services
The Services are intended for business users age 16 and over. By using them you represent that you can form a binding contract and will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account, and agree to provide accurate information. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Editorial independence & the Indexes
IncentiveTrips publishes independent trade media. Our Destination Index™, Venue Index™, Provider Index, DMC Index, and CVB Index are scored on published methodologies. No party pays to be ranked. Sponsored and promoted placements are always clearly labeled and separated from editorial rankings. Rankings reflect our analysis and opinion based on the data available and are provided for informational purposes — not as professional advice or a guarantee of outcome.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including the Indexes, methodologies, written content, rankings, data compilations, design, and marks (including “IncentiveTrips,” the Destination Index™, and the Venue Index™), are owned by IncentiveTrips or its licensors and protected by law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use and may embed our official ranking badges as provided. You may not scrape, republish, resell, or create derivative datasets from the Services without our written permission.
5. User submissions
When you submit reviews, quiz inputs, claims, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt it in connection with the Services. You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful, and yours to share. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion, and community reviews are weighted into the Indexes only under our published methodology.
6. Advertising & partners
Advertising, sponsored placements, and promoted Index positions are governed by these Terms and any insertion order or order confirmation. Creative is subject to our review and editorial standards, must be clearly distinguishable as advertising, and may be declined or removed. Fees, billing cadence, and cancellation are as stated at purchase or on your order. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their creative and claims.
7. Connected social accounts
If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, you authorize us to publish content you schedule and to retrieve related insights, and you agree to Meta’s applicable terms. Your use of that data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time.
8. Acceptable use
- Don’t break the law, infringe rights, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Don’t scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the Services or their security;
- Don’t upload malware or unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
- Don’t use the Services to send spam or resell access without authorization.
9. Disclaimers
The Services and all rankings, data, and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that rankings, availability, pricing, or third-party information are error-free or current. Your reliance on the Services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncentiveTrips and Woodring Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify IncentiveTrips against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
