Request deletion by email
Send a request to privacy@incentivetrips.com from the email address associated with your data, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Tell us which data to remove (for example: newsletter subscription, account, or a connected Facebook/Instagram account). We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
Delete data connected through Facebook or Instagram
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to IncentiveTrips, you can remove our access and delete the associated data in either of two ways:
- From Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select IncentiveTrips, and choose Remove. Removing the integration signals us to delete the Meta Platform Data we hold for your account.
- From us: email privacy@incentivetrips.com and we will delete all Meta Platform Data (profile, connected Pages/accounts, and stored insights) tied to your account.
Delete your account
Advertiser Portal and Signals account holders can request full account deletion by emailing us from the account email. We remove your profile, connected integrations, uploaded creative, and associated personal data. Aggregate, de-identified records and information we are legally required to retain (for example, tax and transaction records) may be kept as permitted by law.
