IncentiveTrips (“IncentiveTrips,” “we,” “us”) operates incentivetrips.com and its subdomains (the “Services”) as an independent trade-media business for the corporate incentive-travel industry. IncentiveTrips is a property of Woodring Ventures. This policy applies to all visitors, newsletter subscribers, account holders, and advertising partners.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Newsletter & report signups — your email address, and any name or company you supply.
- Accounts — for the Signals app and the Advertiser Portal, your email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and company/contact details.
- Interactive tools — inputs to the Destination Quiz, destination reviews you submit, and page claims or advertiser inquiries.
- Advertising & billing — for advertisers: creative assets, campaign details, and billing information processed by our payment processor.
- Correspondence — messages you send us by email or web form.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through privacy-conscious analytics.
- Advertising performance — aggregate impressions and clicks on ad placements, used for reporting to advertisers. We do not build cross-site advertising profiles of individuals.

2. Meta Platform (Facebook & Instagram) data
If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to IncentiveTrips, we access Meta Platform Data only to provide features you request — and we never sell it.
IncentiveTrips integrates with the Meta Graph API so authorized team members and advertising partners can publish and schedule content to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, and view post performance. When you connect an account through Facebook Login, we may access:
- Basic profile information and the list of Pages / Instagram Business accounts you manage;
- Permission to publish content you create or schedule within IncentiveTrips;
- Post-level insights (reach, engagement) for content published through the Services.
We use this data solely to operate the publishing and analytics features you enable. We do not sell Meta Platform Data, use it for advertising unrelated to your account, or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below that process it on our behalf. Our use of information received from the Meta Platform adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook Business Integrations settings, or by requesting deletion (see “Your rights” and our Data Deletion page). Disconnecting or deleting removes the Meta Platform Data we hold for your account.
3. How we use information
- Deliver the Services — newsletters, reports, the Indexes, quiz results, and account features;
- Operate advertising placements and report aggregate performance to advertisers;
- Publish and measure social content you schedule through the Services;
- Respond to inquiries, verify page claims, and provide support;
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- Improve the Services through aggregate, de-identified analytics.

5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember gated-content access, and privacy-conscious analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit account features.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Subscribers who unsubscribe are removed from active sending. Account and Meta Platform Data are deleted on account closure or a verified deletion request.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@incentivetrips.com or use our Data Deletion page. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) and never touches our servers. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. See our Governance & Compliance page for more.
9. International transfers & children
We operate in the United States; if you access the Services from elsewhere, your data is processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards. The Services are for business users and are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
